Out-of-warranty products will be charged for parts and labor for repair.

This warranty does not cover:
1. Out of warranty period.
2. Changing the hardware and software of the product without the COME-STAR’s authorization.
3. Defects resulting from usage of the product or accessories not in accordance with COME-STAR user manual.
4. Defects resulting from any service, maintenance or repair executed by a third part other than COME-STAR, service provider or third party authorized by COME-STAR.
5. Defects resulting from natural disaster, including but not limited to lightning, flooding, earthquake, fire, etc.
6. Software products.
